Tom was a very gifted musician and lyricist. He bragged about Jackson incessantly, and you could see him bursting with pride whenever they spent time together. He was a former substitute teacher and head track coach for the Jennings School District shortly after finishing college. Tom graduated from UMSL with a BA in Literature in 2014. Although running/track was his passion, Tom was an incredibly well-rounded athlete, excelling at football, baseball and soccer. A graduate of University City High School’s class of 2009, Tom excelled in both academics and sports. Tom was born and raised in University City, MO.
